Dear EMF Practitioner,

This letter is being sent to all EMF Basic and Advanced Practitioners. If you are already an Accredited Practitioner, this letter is for informational purposes only and no action is required on your part.

The purpose of this letter is to let you know of the opportunity to elevate your status to that of Accredited Practitioner, to provide the latest news concerning a small but significant change to the EEI policies, and to update you on the success of EEI’s new programs.

You may choose to remain a Certified EMF Practitioner, or you may choose to upgrade to Accredited Practitioner status. Please read this letter carefully - Whichever status you choose, action is required on your part in order to maintain your EMF Practitioner Certification and your website listings.

EEI Progress Report

EEI has successfully implemented two new programs - the Personal Growth Program, and the Professional Path Program. These programs were activated in May in Europe with the first Supervisory Teacher Training in the beautiful town of Bad Orb, Germany. This was followed by Supervisory Trainings in Acapulco, Mexico, Sedona, Arizona, and Istanbul, Turkey. At this time 181 Certified EMF Teachers around the world have become Supervisory Teachers, representing approximately 75% of all active EMF teachers. This is a huge step in the development of the EMF Balancing Technique as a mainstream modality.

In creating EMF Supervisory Teachers, we have effectively raised the standards for becoming an EMF Practitioner. Consequently we have also elevated the status of the EMF Balancing Technique relative to other accepted energy modalities. We will continue to do everything possible to promote EMF Balancing Technique Teachers and Practitioners as responsible leaders in the field of energy work.

All new students taught by Supervisory Teachers will be Accredited Practitioners. (Supervisory Teachers will no longer offer the Certified Practitioner program)

Why should I become an Accredited Practitioner?

We know that many of you are already doing a fine job as EMF Practitioners, and you may wonder what the value is in becoming an Accredited Practitioner. The value is clear and simple - it is in being associated with other practitioners who have willingly agreed to a higher standard of performance, and so that you can be assured that others are performing the technique with accuracy and integrity. Additionally, by becoming an Accredited Practitioner, you help us all move forward on the path to mainstream acceptance.

How do I become an Accredited Practitioner?

Advanced Certified Practitioners can become Accredited Practitioners by enrolling in an Upgrade Internship under the guidance of a Supervisory Teacher. Basic Practitioners are not eligible. Both Basic and Advanced Practitioners are eligible to participate in a one day Upgrade Internship Class, whether or not they are enrolled in the internship. This one day class will provide you with all the new updates that are now required for participation in an internship. Only Supervisory Teachers are licensed to offer the Upgrade Internship and the Upgrade Internship class. The requirements of the Upgrade Internship are similar to the new Accredited Practitioner Internship, but credit may be given for sessions you have already done, and there is no need to repeat the six day training.

Policy Change - New License Agreement

There has been a change regarding the rights of Teachers and Practitioners to use the EEI Trademarks. The policies are amended to state that the right to use the trademark names “EMF Balancing Technique^®” and “Universal Calibration Lattice^®” are a License Agreement between the owner (EEI) of the trademarks and the individual Teacher or Practitioner. Any breach of the EEI Policies may lead to a cancellation of the license agreement.

The purpose of this license agreement is to ensure that the EMF Balancing Technique will always be taught and practiced within the guidelines established by Peggy Phoenix Dubro. It benefits all practitioners who wish to perform the technique with the security of knowing that EEI has a high standard for both Certified and Accredited Practitioners. From a legal standpoint, this is the correct way for EEI to allow the trademarks to be used by Teachers and Practitioners.

Required Actions

• Please sign and return a new Practitioner License agreement to EEI. Practitioners who do not return the signed New License Agreement by December 31, 2005, will immediately lose the right to use the EEI trademarks, thereby breaching the policies and resulting in an end to all rights and benefits of EMF Practitioners as described in the current policies.
• Please fill out and return the Website Listing and Contact Information form and submit with payment for one year's listing. ($22.00). Please put in same envelope with New License Agreement.
• If you do not wish to be listed on the website, you must still return the form with your contact information filled in. There is no payment due if you choose not to be listed.
• Please place in a single envelope a signed original of the New Practitioner’s License Agreement and the Web Site Listing & Contact Details form, with payment if applicable. Mail to:

For those who are licensed to use the trademarks, the Worldwide Gracious Spirit Council (comprised of EMF Mentor/Supervisory Teachers) will assist EEI in a broad range of activities including the role of mediator in determining the actions to be taken regarding any other breaches of the policies.

EEI New Programs Report

Phases V-VIII Teachers Program

The first Phases V-VIII Teachers Class will be held in Sedona, Arizona, August 10-15, 2006. Phases V-VIII Teachers Classes will also be held in Spain and Germany in the fall of 2006. Eligibility for V-VIII Teachers is limited to Supervisory Teachers.

Practitioner Phases IX-XII

These important new phases will be offered by Peggy Phoenix Dubro in 2008.

Personal Note from Peggy

Dear Practitioners,

The evolution of energy work as a profession is filled with great promise. Establishing credibility is one of the unique challenges in this field as we push back the veils of illusion and we make the unseen seen! Our focus now is to manifest what is possible for us at this time.

At the end of all of this year's EMF Supervisory Teacher Trainings I strongly experienced my/our family of humanity. As I looked individually at each one of the new Supervisory Teachers, I felt with great gratitude the strength of their support.

This experience opened a new level of understanding for me of how to further nurture our existence as energy workers in the world. As we continue to grow, we will continue to be a dependable, constant, and loving presence in this still evolving field.

I look forward to experiencing your continuing support as we all move forward in a figure eight upward spiraling movement!
